1. About BeeVinyls

BeeVinyls is a personal vinyl record collection management application. It allows users to catalog, scan, and organize their music collections. The app is available at https://beevinyls.base44.app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use BeeVinyls:

• Account Information: Name and email address provided during sign-up or Google login.
• Collection Data: Information about vinyl records you add to your collection (titles, artists, genres, images).
• Usage Data: Basic app usage information to improve the service.
• Connected Services: Account identifiers, authorization tokens and selected collection data support integrations you choose to use.
• Community and safety: Posts, photos, store names and other information you submit may be visible to other users. Reports contain the post, author and reporter identifiers, reason, optional details, timestamp and moderation status. Reports are visible to their reporter and administrators. Your block list is private to your account.
• Photos and AI: Photos selected from your camera or library are uploaded to Base44 storage. Record photos may be sent to Base44 InvokeLLM and its AI processing providers for identification, text extraction and metadata generation. Prompts can also contain record details, track lists and assistant messages. Do not upload sensitive personal information. AI results may be inaccurate.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BeeVinyls service.
• To sync your collection with connected services (Spotify, Discogs, Google Drive) when you choose to connect them.
• To improve app functionality and user experience.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Google User Data

Google OAuth can provide profile information for sign-in or account connections. Google Drive backup and Google Docs export are separate optional integrations, using the permissions you authorize. Data selected for an export is sent to the chosen service. You can disconnect available integrations in Settings and revoke access with the provider. Apple and email/password authentication, when enabled, are handled by Base44; available sign-in methods appear on the hosted login screen.

5. Data Storage and Security

Base44 provides hosting, authentication, database, file storage, backend functions and AI infrastructure. Access rules restrict personal collection records and safety data. Some existing upload flows use public file URLs: anyone with such a URL may access the file, even when the associated record is private. Community photos are intentionally displayed publicly in the feed. Do not upload confidential images. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Open More → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account and confirm permanent deletion. This removes your app User record, its stored OAuth tokens, and linked records, collections, playlists, posts, pending submissions, reports, blocks, guideline acceptance and app order records processed by the deletion flow, then signs you out. Administrator accounts are protected from self-deletion through this flow.

Complete erasure of uploaded files, AI conversation history, platform authentication records, logs and backups is not yet confirmed by this automated flow. Contact support using the contact information below for those requests. Exports already sent to services such as Spotify, Google Drive or Notion are not automatically deleted; manage those with the relevant provider. Removing a stored token does not itself revoke permissions with that provider. No universal retention period or completed erasure is promised for provider-held data.

7. Third-Party Services

• Base44: hosting, account authentication, database/storage, backend processing, email delivery, app usage analytics and InvokeLLM AI features.
• Google OAuth and Apple: sign-in where enabled; Google also supports optional authorized service connections.
• Google measurement: the app includes Google Ads tagging for event/conversion measurement. Google Analytics, if separately configured, processes usage measurement. Tags and embedded services may receive device/browser information, network identifiers and usage events. Native tracking and consent requirements must be assessed for the distributed build.
• Spotify: album, artist, track and playlist metadata, artwork, search, imports and optional playlist exports.
• Discogs: release metadata, artwork, collection/wishlist imports, catalog search and market-value information.
• Deezer: track search and audio preview URLs, including information about the track requested.
• Notion, Google Drive and Google Docs: optional collection/playlist synchronization, backups or document exports using the data you select.
• YouTube: video/music links and optional playlist exports; provider playback and account policies apply.
• Soundiiz: playlist-transfer/export integration where available; some related features are not currently enabled.
• Last.fm: music metadata enrichment where invoked. Connected-service availability depends on current configuration and provider access.

Website subscriptions are processed by Max through Hyp Pay. Legacy PayPal integrations and historical payment data may remain. These providers process billing/account identifiers under their own terms. No Stripe payment integration has been verified as active.

Each external service applies its own privacy policy and retention practices. Optional integrations are not evidence that every connection is currently operational. The website suggestion form sends the submitted text, your name and email to the app operator for support; that form is not offered inside iOS.
