1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BeeVinyls ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these End User License Agreement ("EULA") terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

BeeVinyls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you add to your collection.
• You may not use the App to infringe copyrights or third-party rights.
• You may not abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.

4. User Content

You retain the rights you hold in your original contributions. Upload only material you have permission to use. Owning a physical record does not transfer copyright in its artwork, music or metadata. BeeVinyls does not claim ownership of third-party artwork, recordings, metadata or trademarks. You grant the permissions necessary to store, process and display your submissions, including AI processing for identification and display of Community posts to other users.

Community users must accept the Community Guidelines before posting. Spam, harassment, threats, hate, inappropriate sexual or violent material, infringement and disclosure of personal contact details (including in images) are prohibited. Use a post’s three-dot menu to Report Post or Block User. Reports are reviewed by administrators, who may remove content or restrict access. Manage blocks under Settings → Privacy & Safety → Blocked Users. Reporting is not an emergency service.

5. Third-Party Services

Base44 provides the application infrastructure and InvokeLLM AI capabilities. Optional or feature-specific sources and integrations include Spotify, Discogs, Deezer, Last.fm, Google OAuth, Google Drive, Google Docs, YouTube, Notion, Soundiiz and configured authentication/measurement providers. Each provider’s terms and usage restrictions apply. API access is not an unrestricted copyright license. See Settings → Data Sources / Attributions and the Privacy Policy. Availability, metadata accuracy and third-party export/playback behavior are not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data (such as market values or track info) is accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeVinyls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

Use More → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account to permanently delete your app account record and the linked data described in the confirmation dialog. Uploaded files, AI history and provider authentication/log/backup erasure require additional support confirmation; consult the Privacy Policy for current limitations. Administrator accounts cannot be self-deleted through this flow. We may restrict access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
